Heat a large frying pan or griddle to 400F.
Lightly brown your tortillas on both sides for 3 minutes or so
Place 1 browned tortilla on the pan, sprinkle with cheese. Top with evenly spaced pepperoni and top again with cheese. Place 2nd browned tortilla on top, cook 2 min. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melty
Remove from pan and use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into 4 wedges. Serve hot with warmed marinara sauce
