Fruit & Yogurt Bliss Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (of your choice)
  • dash cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Scoop yogurt into bowl. Add vanilla. Drizzle with honey. Mix well.
    Sprinkle with seeds and nuts.
    Top with fresh berries.
    Sprinkle with cardamom.
