Fruit & Yogurt Bliss Bowl
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp pecan halves
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (of your choice)
- dash cardamom
Scoop yogurt into bowl. Add vanilla. Drizzle with honey. Mix well. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts.Top with fresh berries.Sprinkle with cardamom.
