Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cooking lavender. Mix thoroughly
Add butter and using two knives or pastry cutter, cut in butter until dough resembles small peas
Stir in oats
Add eggs and mix well. Dough should be soft, but not sticky. Form into ball
On lightly floured surface, roll or gently press ball into 8-10" circle. Cut into 8-10 even wedges and place on uncreased cookie sheet, leaving a few inches between each wedge
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from pan and serve warm
