Easy & Addictive Cinnamon Almond Granola

This simple, wholesome homemade cinnamon almond granola is better than anything you’re going to buy at the store hands down. It’s so good, I dare you to be able to keep it in the house for more than a week!

Cinnamon Almond Granola

  • 6 cups rolled oats quick oats work, but not as well
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil, melted olive or canola work too, but coconut is best
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup slivered or chopped almonds
  • 1 cup raisins


  • Preheat oven to 325F. Line 2 cookie sheets in parchment or use silicone baking mats
  • In medium bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt
  • Add oil, honey and vanilla to oat mixture and stir well
  • Evenly divide the mixture on the two lined baking trays and spread out evenly
  • Using two racks, bake for 15 minutes, then stir and sprinkle with almonds. Switch order of baking trays and bake for 10 minutes more
  • Stir and bake for 3-5 minutes more or until golden brown
